AI as a threat to coaching
AI will make many coaches obsolete. Why? Because it knows more about subject matter than any coach does. I’ve spent decades building experience in small business sales, systems, and operations, and AI knows more than I will ever know about any of them.
It is a very real threat. And also a gigantic opportunity.

It’s fun, but progress can feel slow.
I’m better than AI at Tier 2, but it’s gaining.
TIER 3
Behavior and Belief Change:
Commitments persist across time. There’s empathy, but no relief.
I don’t accept excuses.
Our relationship is deeper.
I am not aggressive, I’m unavoidable.
I care, without apology.
I’m incomparably better than AI at Tier 3.

Tier 1 is where a lot of coaches spend time. And if that is what you need long term, then AI may be a good solution for you.
The AI opportunity (for both of us)
Tier 3 is where you see maximum ROI. True behavior and belief changes. The journey to the self managing company accelerates. You start to see non-linear growth.
It can take years to get to tier 3.
AI can help us in two ways:
1) Get us to tier 3 quicker. We will use it unreservedly wherever it is helpful.
2) Force constant reckoning in our relationship. Which tier are we in? If we never leave tier 1… you may be wasting money.
