Who is this for - will it be a good fit for me?
Running On Values is designed as a resource for companies who are ready to scale up to the next level. Owners at this point in their business journey may have been exposed to some of the methods within our operating system, but most likely have not implemented them to their potential. Running On Values is a fit for companies who want to improve. If you don’t want to change anything, then it won’t be a good investment.
How much does coaching cost?
Our primary engagement option for established companies costs $24,000 for a one year commitment. Our secondary engagement option for smaller companies costs $7,200 for a six month commitment. Customized engagements are also available. Other coaches or companies offer less expensive options. Personally I have spent well over $250k on coaching with multiple big name brands as well as smaller consultants. Through a process of trial and error I determined what helped, and what did not. That process took around ten years, and ultimately transformed my business, net worth, and personal freedom. I aim to transfer a complete curated content, methodology, operating system, and freedom mindset to you within one year.
There are many choices for coaching and consulting. I don’t want to invest time or money in the wrong thing.

I’ve had coaches before who are so busy trying to help me find the solution from within that they won’t express their opinion. Will you?

I am really busy. I don’t see how I will be able to find time for this.
Well, that could be a problem. This will be totally useless if you don’t engage with it. 1-on-1 coaching allows you to proceed at your own pace with complete flexibility around pace and timing. One of our top coaching principles is consistent allocation of time to work ON your business. If you are not able to schedule that time repeatably, then unfortunately you will not succeed.
How will we know where to start?
All businesses, regardless of industry, have common key components. We start with a relatable way to visualize those components and to help us put emphasis on all of them as necessary (which really means: all of them, all the time). We will identify which areas need the most work, and start there. If in doubt, we will start with Leadership - the Heart and Soul of any company.
I don’t have a three year plan. I’ve never really known what that means.
That’s the problem with “business-speak”. We hear it and we get intimidated. Your three year plan doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs to be actionable. Like many of the concepts that we will discuss, we present it in a simple way that allows you to create it easily.
Why would I choose this over a big name coaching brand?
I think the big name coaching systems are fantastic, and I have benefitted greatly from them. In my experience, they are intended for large audiences, and can be difficult to customize. For example, EOS provides an awesome system for developing an accountability chart, establishing a quarterly priority system, regular meetings, metric reporting, company strategy, process development, etc. It’s wonderful. But, there is little in there about sales, marketing, cashflow, or even personal productivity. Sandler, which is superb, is all about sales, and can transform your world in that area. But Sandler is not set up to help develop production processes for your company. Strategic Coach is chock-full of fantastic tools to help your mindset and development, both personal and professional. It’s at a higher level, not necessarily drilled down into your day to day realities.
And occasionally, the excellent coaches involved in these programs don’t have first-hand experience of the realities of owning a business. Sometimes things that are easy to say in a classroom just don’t end up working in the real world.
